COMMUNICATION

 If for any reason you cannot attend your designated practice you must notify Coach Onstott or YOUR practice coach BEFORE practice starts.  Refer to the phone card for the phone numbers and times to call.  ALWAYS leave a message.  DO NOT send messages with other swimmers.  It is your responsibility to TALK to Coach Onstott, or your practice coach each day you do not attend practice.  PRIOR NOTIFICATION is not negotiable!  Athletes who do not communicate in advance may be sent back to Kinetic Wellness class or dismissed from the TEAM.
